In project 3 I try to bring better using experience for audiences when they using YouTube. Users' mental model can affect designer so much. Products are design for users so I think the design should base on the mental model of user. Designers probably cannot get achieve the mental model, but it help designer so much if designer consider of the mental model of users. In my project I find users always would like a simple interface and easy operate. Then I figure out the features of my project should be convenient even works automatically will be better.
Mental model is hard to achieve and it is the perfect model for the particular users. Designer cannot achieve every user's mental model in one design. Implementation model is the best model that designer can achieve at current time.
