With project #3, the user's mental model for the feature that my partner and I redesigned made sense for the user and was easy for them to understand how to use. The new feature of adding favorited videos to different categories was easy to understand and could make the user wonder why it's not already categorized like that.
With the implementation model, a geek may be able to not worry about going through all the little steps to complete and favorite a video, a geek may see that as already sort of obvious.
