Pandora is a website allows people to create 100 personalized radio stations so they can listen to music based on their own person preferences. Pandora also have mobile service. So it allows users to enjoy music not only on their PC but also smart phone. Form speech that Simon Sinek " How Great Leader Inspire Action":"People don't buy what you do it, they buy why you do it." In order to understand why Pandora choose to do personalized stations and what is the motivation for Pandora. I do some research and find out their mission statement.Their Mission statement is"to enrich people's lives by enabling them to enjoy music they know and discover music they'll love, anytime,anywhere." To achieve that mission statement, they create personalized radio stations and allows users to create their own profile and record what music they like, which artists they like. Users can also recommend music to their friends and share with them.  Pandora tell users why they create this website and reach the goal they said in mission statement: Try to let users enjoy music they know and discover music they'll love anytime, anywhere.
