In our project of redesign Youtube. My partner and i come up two features to solve the video disorderly this problem. First ideal about create a official channel that gather all the official episodes and second ideal about sort all the clips and episodes from newest upload time to oldest upload time Then we decided to use "The Unnecessary Test" to choose which feature we want to use.
We asked ourselves:" is there more than one way to complete the task this feature supports?" Obviously, the answer was yes, both features support this answer. Then, we ask ourselves:" Does this feature contribute directly to the completion of the task?" Our task is ask users to find a randomly episodes. The first feature that has the official channel organize episodes by seasons. While second one organize episodes from newest upload time to oldest upload time that force users to scroll down to find the task episodes. So that we agree to use the first design.
