DuckDuckGo (https://duckduckgo.com) is a search engine that does not track its users. The central area of its main page consists of its logo, a text box, a green search button with the image of a magnifier, and another, relatively small, green button with a triangle that shows advanced search options, such as options to sort results by date or in alphabetical order, or to conduct the search only within specific sites, when clicked.
By hiding the advanced search option from its initial appearance, DuckDuckGo's search panel shows only the crucial features users need to search the World Wide Web, and it thereby carefully suggests its users to just enter the key words and click the magnifier button to find what they want. Also, due to its simplicity, a user does not need to spend significant amount of time to learn how to use this site. These aspects make DuckDuckGo's main page an "obvious design."
