Lolnexus is used for players of the game League of Legends.
Most players that use this are aiming to analyze their competition before a
game starts. You input a player’s name into the search bar, select what region
they are playing in and press search. The information that is displayed in
about everyone in that current match, whether it be what character they are
using or what other in game customizable advantages they are using. The part
that I wanted to focus on is the interface for searching; it has multiple
obvious design features. One is that only offers you the necessary components
to find what you are looking for. It tells you exactly what to type, and does
not make it difficult. The only real way to mess up would be to type the wrong
player or to input the wrong region. This obvious design makes this web
application very easy to use and understand. Obviously because there is not
much to the application the clutter is minimized. And since there is just the
one text entry field, the application affords you to do the correct things to
find what you want.
