From my point of view, HELP systems is absolutely beneficial not only to experts but also for first users. Because when a user first meet this new application, he/she might don;t know how to use this application, than HELP systems is necessary. It will give users a tutorial and lead them to learn how to use this application step by step. But to be honest, how many users will follow this instruction step by step to learn this application? I always click skip,skip,skip and want this online tutorial ends as soon as possible.
People are adapting to technology.If it is a good and obvious design, which is human-centered and create computer imaginative interaction and provides for easy of learning. Then HELP systems is not quite necessary, because this new application will take advantage of human's learning process. Such as I phone, this product take advantage to what brain can do it. However, we still needs the HELP systems because it is responsible for potential users.
For project 5, we talk about different type of people who will become our potential. There are hardcore fans which crazy about all superheroes and their comic books. There also are people who just want to catch up trends in case they don't know how to say in this conversation. We will create different personas to represent different potential customers.
